Terms of service

These terms govern your use of imadethis.design (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

imadethis.design lets you generate artwork with AI (or upload your own), preview it on a phone case, and order a printed product fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner.

Your content & rights

• You keep the rights to designs you create or upload.
• You confirm you have the right to use any image you upload and that it doesn't infringe third-party rights.
• You grant us a limited licence to process and print your design solely to fulfil your order.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to create or order content that is illegal, hateful, infringing, or that violates others' rights. We run automated moderation and may refuse or cancel orders that breach these terms.

Orders & payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we don't store your card details. Orders are confirmed once payment is captured. See Returns & refunds and Shipping.

Credits & subscriptions

Generation credits and subscription plans are described in-app. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Credits have no cash value and aren't refundable except where required by law.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
