This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect

• Account data: your email and authentication details (managed by Supabase).
• Designs & prompts: the prompts you enter and images you generate or upload.
• Order data: shipping address and contact details needed to fulfil and deliver your order.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Technical data: limited logs and a hashed IP used for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
• Usage analytics: first-party records of page views and key actions (such as generating a design or starting checkout), tied to a hashed IP and a first-party session identifier, used to understand and improve the Service.
• Shared designs: if you choose “Share to gallery” on one of your designs, that image becomes publicly visible in our community gallery, where others can like it and use it to create their own phone case. You can unshare it at any time, which removes it from the gallery.

How we use it

To provide the Service: generate designs, create previews, take payment, fulfil and ship orders, prevent abuse, provide support, and measure the performance of our marketing and advertising.

Who we share it with

• Stripe: payments.
• Our print & fulfilment partner (Printify): to produce and ship your case.
• OpenAI: to generate and moderate images from your prompts/uploads.
• Supabase: database, authentication, and image storage.
• Resend: to send order confirmation and shipping emails to the address you provide at checkout.
• Google (Google Ads): to measure ad conversions and advertising performance.
• TikTok (TikTok Pixel): to measure the performance of our TikTok campaigns.
• Vercel (Analytics): aggregate, privacy-friendly traffic analytics.

We don't sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep account, design, and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and you can delete your account. Contact us via the Contact page to exercise these rights.

Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and a first-party identifier to attribute your guest designs and enforce free-usage limits.

We also use third-party advertising and analytics tags — Google Ads and the TikTok Pixel — which may set cookies or use device identifiers to measure ad conversions and how our marketing performs. You can limit this through your browser settings and your Google “Ads Settings” and TikTok ad preferences.
