Each case is produced on demand to your unique design, so it can't be resold. For that reason we generally can't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind (this is a standard exception for personalized goods, including under EU consumer law).
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
We absolutely stand behind quality. If your case arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 daysof delivery with your order reference and a photo, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Order issues
- Lost in transit: if tracking shows your order didn't arrive, we'll investigate and make it right.
- Print defects: misprints, smudging, or incorrect colors vs. the approved design qualify for replacement.
